AGORA project, coordinated by CMCC, will be joining a webinar organised by the EU Mission Adaptation on the topic of stakeholder and citizen engagement.
The online event will take place on 17th October from 15.00 to 16.30 CEST. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of citizen engagement and communication strategies for the entire adaptation process. Within this framework, the AGORA team will lead a session on the importance of information to raise awareness and promote tangible climate action among communities, presenting the digital tools the project is developing to support awareness, education and engagement.

AGORA promotes societal transformation to empower local communities to address the climate crisis. One of the main objectives of the project is to build a communitiìy of aware and informed citizens who can actively participate and contribute to climate action.
Four digital tools are at the heart of the project, providing the general public with an open space that supports the growth of a wide community of informed citizens. The digital AGORA is the main of these tools. It is a living environment where stakeholders, scientists, experts, media and citizens meet, network and communicate facilitating them to find peers and communities from other geographical or societal contexts to share challenges and needs.
